Through guided reflection & art as a tool for expression, release, and mindfulness, you’ll uncover what’s present, notice what might be in the way, and begin to see things from a new perspective—opening the door to more aligned, inspired action.
This isn’t about making polished art. It’s about using color, texture, and movement to process, express, and reconnect with your own inner direction.

Guidance & Demo of using art as medium for expressing emotions

Hands-on time. I will guide you through some reflection exercises and then let you translate any feelings related to those into an “ugly“ masterpiece (p.s. I know it’s going to be beautiful!)

This workshops will be hosted inside House Wight which is connected to the back entrance (around the corner on NE 72nd St) of Pacha Collective Cafe in Greenlake. Housewight Studio sign is hanging above the door.
Main entrance to cafe is on Woodlawn Ave NE.

Viable street parking all around Green Lake. Suggested on Woodlawn Ave NE to the North of Pacha, along NE 72nd St, or 5th Ave NE. Pay by the hour.
Parking garage: For no hassle, use Republic Parking Garage (Green Lake Village Parking Garage) at 427 NE 72nd St 98115.

I like to keep the groups small between 10-15 people max so we can each have a chance to share and connect.
