Paint “ugly” paintings with me!
and let your inner child play & heal
A playful group coaching experience where you’ll explore creativity, emotions, and self-expression through painting and guided reflection — in a safe, supportive space.
What to Expect
Let go of perfection.
Express freely.
Reconnect with yourself – and others.
I’d love for you to join me for a mindful reflection and vision workshop, where we’ll gently reflect on who we are right now, old patterns or blocks that may be holding us back, and the version of ourselves we’re calling in next — using art as a tool for expression, release, and mindfulness.
This will be a relaxed, supportive space to pause, reflect, and create. It can serve as a meaningful way to close out the gloomy winter season (both internally and externally) and spring into a more grounded, intentional version of you.
No art experience is needed — truly. This isn’t about making something “good” or polished. It’s about the process, presence, and allowing whatever wants to move through you to land on the page (think colors, shapes, and feeling — not pixel-perfect images).
