What to expect

What this is (and what it isn’t)

  • This is a trauma-informed support group led by a coach with lived experience. The facilitation is integrative and forward-focused

  • This is not a therapy group, and the facilitator is not a licensed therapist

  • The emphasis is on peer support, empowerment and community-building

Group norms

  • Confidentiality: what’s shared in the group stays in the group.

  • Respectful listening: allow space for others to speak without interruption or judgment.

  • No unsolicited advice or instruction—offer reflections, questions, and support.

  • Boundaries honored: participants are encouraged to share only what feels safe.

Practical details

  • Meeting cadence: bi-weekly cadence on Fridays 11am-12pm PST (subject to change)

  • Format: combination of whole-group facilitation and smaller breakout or check-in pods.

  • Duration: typically 60 minutes per session.

  • Small, closed group size to foster trust and deeper connection.

  • Investment: First 10 members to sign up get in for free, otherwise $10/month (value=$720!)
